Seit Herbst 2024 sind wir offiziell Teil der B CorpTM<\/sup>-Bewegung. <\/p>\n

Ein Jahr lang haben wir an unserer B Corp-Zertifizierung (\u201eBusiness as a Force for Good\u201c) gearbeitet.\u00a0Seit Herbst 2024 sind wir eine <\/span>zertifizierte B Corp <\/b>und\u00a0geh\u00f6ren damit zu \u00fcber 9 000 zertifizierten<\/span> B Corp<\/b>–<\/span>Unternehmen<\/b> in mehr als 80 L\u00e4ndern und \u00fcber 160 Branchen. Der <\/span>B Corp-Bewegung<\/b><\/a> (<\/span>\u201e<\/span>Business as a Force for Good<\/span>\u201c<\/span>) geh\u00f6ren Unternehmen an, die durch ihre Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit einen positiven Einfluss auf die Gemeinschaft, die Gesellschaft und die Umwelt aus\u00fcben wollen. Sie will allen Menschen, Gemeinschaften und dem Planeten helfen, die Vision einer inklusiven, fairen und regenerativen Wirtschaft zu verwirklichen, die f\u00fcr alle funktioniert.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Wir haben den Zertifizierungsprozess durchlaufen und freuen uns, dass wir ihn bestanden haben. Daf\u00fcr mussten wir einen hohen internationalen Standard an <\/span>ESG-Kriterien<\/b> (Environmental, Social, Governance) erf\u00fcllen. Denn die B Corp-Zertifizierung bewertet <\/span>die gesamte soziale und \u00f6kologische Leistung eines Unternehmens<\/b> entlang seiner gesamten Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette<\/b> \u2013 inklusive F\u00fchrung, verantwortungsvollem Handeln und hoher Transparenz.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warum haben wir das gemacht? Wir wollen damit in allen Bereichen die Idee fortsetzen, die wir bereits 2011 hatten. Wir haben Adel & Link damals mit dem Ziel gegr\u00fcndet, qualitativ hochwertige und transparente Kommunikation zu machen, die gleichzeitig wirtschaftlich erfolgreich und nachhaltig ist. Wir wollten dazu mit unserem internationalen Netzwerk arbeiten \u2013 und vor allem dialogorientiert mit allen unseren Stakeholder:innen: Mitarbeiter:innen, Kund:innen, Journalist:innen und Lieferant:innen. Hier ein kleiner \u00dcberblick \u00fcber unsere Bem\u00fchungen, People, Planet, Purpose und Profit in einen guten Einklang zu bringen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We spent a year working on our B Corp certification (\u201cBusiness as a Force for Good\u201d)\u00a0 and have<\/em>\u00a0recently become a <\/span>Certified B Corporation.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

This makes us one of over 9,000 certified <\/span>B Corp companies<\/b> in more than 100 countries and over 160 industries. The <\/span>B Corp movement<\/b><\/a> (\u201cBusiness as a Force for Good\u201d) includes businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact. <\/span>It aims to help all people, communities and the planet to realise the shared vision of an inclusive, fair and regenerative economy that works for everyone.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

We have completed the certification process and are delighted to have passed it. To do so, we had to fulfil a high international standard of <\/span>ESG criteria<\/b> (Environmental, Social, Governance). This is because the B Corp certification assesses <\/span>the overall social and environmental performance of a company along its entire value chain<\/b> \u2013 including management, responsible behaviour and a high level of transparency.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Why did we do this? We want to build on the idea we had back in 2011. Back then, we founded Adel & Link with the aim of creating high-quality, transparent communication that is both commercially successful and sustainable. To achieve this, we wanted to work with our international network \u2013 and, above all, in dialogue with all of our stakeholders: employees, customers, journalists and suppliers. Here is a brief overview of our efforts to bring people, planet, purpose and profit together.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Kund:innen<\/b><\/h3>\n

<\/b>Wir haben einen hohen Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch an unsere Arbeit mit Kund:innen und Journalist:innen. Wir wollen komplexe Sachverhalte einfach erkl\u00e4ren und klar kommunizieren. Dazu geh\u00f6ren gute Beratung sowie lesenswerte Texte und inspirierende Designs. Unsere Arbeitsweise und Prozesse sind deswegen klar geregelt und schriftlich in unserem A&L-Handbuch f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiter:innen nachvollziehbar vorgegeben, damit wir effizient Leistungen f\u00fcr unsere Kunden erbringen k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Clients<\/b><\/em><\/h3>\n

We have high quality standards for our work with clients and journalists. We want to explain complex issues in a simple way and communicate them clearly. This includes good consulting as well as texts worth reading and inspiring designs. Our working methods and processes are therefore clearly defined and set out in writing in our A&L manual for all employees to follow \u2013 enabling us to provide efficient services for our clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Umwelt<\/b><\/h3>\n

Wir achten auf unsere Umwelt. Wir haben unsere Firmenwagen auf E-Mobilit\u00e4t umgestellt, bei der Reiseplanung bevorzugen wir Zug- vor Flugzeugreisen, wir kaufen vorzugsweise regional ein und unterst\u00fctzen seit einigen Jahren das Nachhaltigkeits- und weltweite Baumpflanzprojekt <\/span>Treenation<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir haben insgesamt ein Jahr lang an unserer Zertifizierung gearbeitet. <\/span>Hier<\/span><\/a> k\u00f6nnt ihr unser <\/span>\u00f6ffentliches B Corp-Profil<\/b> und unser Rating (85,7) einsehen. Und zur Einordnung: Der Medianwert f\u00fcr Unternehmen liegt bei 50,9. Deswegen sind wir als kleines Unternehmen sehr stolz, dass wir viele interne Standards und Richtlinien haben, die bei der Zertifizierung so positiv bewertet worden sind.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir werden nun kontinuierlich an weiteren Ver\u00e4nderungen und Verbesserungen weiterarbeiten \u2013 und halten euch dabei auf dem Laufenden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Environment<\/b><\/em><\/h3>\n

We take care of our environment. We have switched our company cars to e-mobility, we prefer travelling by train rather than plane, buy locally where possible and have been supporting the sustainability and global tree planting project <\/span>Tree-Nation<\/span><\/a> for several years.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

We have been working on our certification for a total of one year. You can see our <\/span>public B Corp profile<\/b> here<\/span><\/a> including our rating (85.7). And for context, the median score for companies is 50.9, so as a small company we are very proud that we have many internal standards and policies that have been rated so positively in the certification process.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

We will now continue to work on further changes and improvements \u2013 and will keep you updated on our progress.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
